Unconditional Love

Can anyone describe what type of relationship between the monkey and the pigeon? The abandoned monkey who has found love with a pigeon story can be found at UK’s DailyMail.
Is it the love that Mother Teresa (1910-1997) has taught us? Or those beasts learned it from Buddha’s teaching of Bodhicitta?
When a poor person dies of hunger, it has not happened because God did not take care of him or her. It has happened because neither you nor I wanted to give that person what he or she needed. — Mother Teresa
“Bodhicitta is the ultimate and perfected wisdom. It rests upon compassion and the view of emptiness. It is the highly unified body of unconditional love and undivided compassion” — Taken from Dharma Teaching
I’m speechless…
